I'm not inserting myself into anything but ok. Anybody with a modicum of sense would read the OP of that thread and realize it's a ploy to bait Liddos into being angry and let other fanbases have a rip at her and her fans. I defend Lady Gaga and her fanbase because the people who moderate this forum's cortisol levels are so low that the only rush they get is from baiting other people into anger 24/7. how ridiculous is it that a flamebait thread is turning into a full on witch hunt? a certain fanbase has spent years terrorizing every other fanbase, but god forbid a mod (who is also a member of the community) makes a 1 thread giving that fanbase a taste of its own medicine and suddenly it's an apocalyptic event. it's really not that deep, this is an online forum.

Can we have a respectful discussion about the lack of clarity regarding the Rate Signup process?

A pinned OP with clearly stated rules as there are for sections of the forum would avoid offending @Ace Reject

Actually appalled by how rude and passive aggressive @Ace Reject has been over the past few days since I've suggested starting a rate.

Please review the thread over the past few days.

No one is trying to steal Rate Threads from @Ace Reject who seems personally aggrieved that anyone dare copy the format they created…even though they created a thread for others to sign up to copy the format.

Nowhere in the OP does it explain the rules but Ace has gone on a rampage about me starting a rate that I've been discussing in the thread all weekend.

Ace just threw shade. Didn't inform me of the rules or tell me where to find them.

Not once until now did Ace ask me to discuss the rate ideas in DM.

Is it wrong to assume it's acceptable to discuss rate ideas in the Rate Signup thread?

Girl it's been that way for years. Ace runs the sign up process with an iron fist and it's his way or the highway. Whenever I think I want to do one, I check that thread and it's just him either ignoring people's suggestions that don't align with his taste or pushing his own ideas onto others. It's very offputting and people should be able to do the rates they wanna do without interference. It's become more of a clique in there than anything else.
