Patricia also calls her a "harlot!" and "trash!". As Patricia says she will let the attorney general and Elon Musk know about her neighbors antics, the therapist gulps down a laugh and draws squiggly lines until, at the 20 minute mark, he tells the senile patient that their hour long session is over.
