The idea that the Oscars were gonna let Liza sit on a giant directors chair to give out the biggest award of the night. If an emergency happened they'd need to spend time transferring back to her wheelchair. Like it's a total logistical nightmare for live TV. Blaming the wheelchair for obstructing her view of the teleprompter also seems like a person who can't deal with their own limitations.

Maybe I have stan goggles on but I still think that Feinstein heavily embellished that part of the story for clicks. Liza has every right to be peeved at the producers for putting her in such an uncomfortable situation, but I have a hard time believing that she would say something so pointed about Gar (especially since the entire thing reads like an OGH fantasy )

TBH, I can see Gaga "quizzing" Liza, but not in a condescending way, rather a "I don't want you to embarrass yourself" way. Her best friend died from Alzheimer's, so she probably felt protective of granny.

How Bad Do You Want Me came on shuffle, usually I skip it but decided to let her get that stream.

Liza is basically throwing Gaga under the bus for the entire situation because that's more exciting than going into details of the fights she was having with random producers that she doesn't know the name of but even tho I would love to see Gaga respond, she never will because she won't throw the Oscars producers under the bus, I'm sure she wants a healthy working relationship with them and I doubt she's going to disrespect a legend which also makes it easy for me to believe no part of her was trying to disrespect Liza that night either even if Liza took it that way.

I kinda wish Gaga worked with Kevin Parker again, I always felt there was lost potential in Perfect Illusion after hearing the demo. I didn't really like most of his work with Dua but I would love to see Gaga do something in line of Dracula or the Perfect Illusion demo. Gaga loves for her music to be aggressive but I think that Tame Impala style would suit her so well, which is what I think we were all originally excited for when they were working together but that never got fulfilled.
