Lady Gaga
Stanning Ga is such a rollercoaster. Whenever she changes her pfp and its not music related it honestly feels like a hostile threat. She gave us everything we wanted during the MAYHEM era just so she could get a free pass to abandon us and collect human skin for the next 6 years. I'm not mentally prepared for the inevitable 100 date Vegas residency announcement. Dark times are ahead, if you are apart of any other fandoms please tell them to pray for us.

Lady Gaga and Michael launch AI biotech skincare OuterBio
atrl having less braincells than the sewers over at Twitter. There's so many different types of AI. The simplest one I can think of is game AI used for NPCs in video games which we all know about so why all of a sudden are we acting like everything is generative AI? This subject is actually a great example of how brain rotted we are as a society. People hear buzz words like AI and automatically jump on a bandwagon when they don't know **** about ****.

It's not Generative AI it's Automation AI something that has been used in medical science since the 90s.

The Madonna fans wanting Sam to lie? This is their truth and the truth for the majority of gen z. Madonna wasn't relevant when we were growing up, Gaga was and is that *****. No disrespect to Madonna she's the queen and a gay icon for her generations but Gaga raised me and is MY queer icon, not Madonna and before Madonna's generation I'm sure it was Judy- IKIIKY bombing on all streaming platforms, #16 on US callouts. Why?
I feel like in 50 years time maybe even sooner people are going to look back at Taylor's music and "art" and be like why the hell were people so damn hyped about THIS. I myself recently saw The Fate of Ophelia music video again and from memory I was like oh yeah this is a great music video, but watching it back I had this exact thought. I was like this woman has barely any charisma, her dancing was actually laughable and the whole thing just felt so soulless. Literally the only thing saving her was her insane wealth/budget because she certainly wasn't creating anything interesting and to be frank the song wasn't even all that to be sitting at #1 for 10 weeks or more. This Toy Story song is just another instance of her using her powers/wealth to proclaim she is on top. We all know this song ain't **** lol- Hayden Panettiere's death led to my dad verbally abusing me and I need support
I'm sorry it does sound like you are in a tough situation. This is probably unhealthy and bad advice since your situation is complicated, entangled and not so cut and dry but as I've gotten older I feel there are certain people in my life who if they've disappointed me time and time again I start to realise they don't even deserve that relationship where I confide in them, eventually that relationship becomes surface level but honestly I would prefer to deal with my emotions or grieve on my own than deal with someone who is only going to add to my grief.- Ariana channels Cher's believe with messy pitch correction mic
I'm sure she does lip, but I remember clips of her handing out water while speaking through a pitch corrected mic and she didn't even sound human anymore, her voice has always been that way on tour. I know my fav Gaga was using it in parts of the MAYHEM Ball if not the entire thing, it was more noticeable in the latter parts of the show for me like during Shallow and Million Reasons but hers sounds expensive af, so does Aris for the most part. Maybe you just have to have the vocals for it to sound good idk. Sabrina's can be really bad also.- Ariana channels Cher's believe with messy pitch correction mic

I've been listening to kiss me, hate that i made you love me, petal, freak and nowhere, nobody quite a lot. I've tried listening to the album in full several times but everything else does nothing for me unfortunately but these 5 songs are cute- Lady Gaga
The current music scene is very minimalist and everything Gaga does is so maximalist. It's kind of wild that something like Abracadabra did as well as it did in 2025 because while we had Chappell, Charli and Sabrina in 2024 smashing by 2025 the shift was already taking place, by mid 2025 nobody even wanted a bar of Sabrina with Tears and House Tour doing nothing for her. DWAS is pretty minimalist, probably one of the reasons it did so incredibly well but I don't necessarily want more of that because while DWAS might be a highlight for Bruno, I don't see it as a highlight for Gaga artistically speaking. I'd love to see Gaga work with Tame Impala again in a larger capacity than she did on Joanne, I think they'd strike the balance of Gaga's over the top gothic themes, he'd fulfil her desire to make interesting production choices in pop music while also keeping it fresh.- Lady Gaga
- Troye Sivan - "She's the Best"
I love the instrumental and the overall vibe but its not like I usually go out of my way to listen to music where the artist is talking over an instrumental. The video was beautiful, I was getting emotional during the final 30 seconds of the song mixed with the visuals so I could see the song growing on me if I give it the chance. I'm wondering what the song I heard on my tl was from him, it sounded kinda like The Beach Boys and I was pretty intrigued by that, unless it was AI- Lady Gaga
The way I lowkey didn't feel any repercussions of Joker bombing. I'm sure her acting career has taken a hit long term, but in the moment it didn't feel like that big of a deal, as you said critics still said she was the best thing about it. Maybe I was just checked out but a bunch of hate from film twitter in retrospect is nothing. That place feels so foreign and is really just an echo chamber. They hated her during HOG as well. Overall she wasn't blamed for the Joker situation, most people agreed it was the writing and direction. I'm kinda glad she did it as well, I mean Gaga getting to play an iconic figure such as Harley Quinn was kinda worth it. It definitely didn't feel anywhere near ARTPOP level of lashings. Nobody thought her career was over.- Lady Gaga
I hope LG8's lead will be an undeniable banger and she breaks the second single curse, she's kind of lost a lot of goodwill by botching her lead singles. Stupid Love was a big misfire because she was able to debut top 10 no problems, but the song wasn't good and she burned some trust, even fans at this point probably care more about her second singles, she rarely even promotes her leads anymore lol- Lady Gaga

- "Manchild" proved ATRL wrong and became a smash hit. Why?
I like the song, always have but I do think coming off of SnS practically anything she put out would have had the listeners ears and it did feel a little underwhelming for a lead single. I honestly think the longevity it ended up serving came down to it having crossover appeal with the MAGA crowd, they love themselves a country-pop song.- Is "being old" a valid excuse for Madonna?
I think so. I expected the album to last longer and you came with valid receipts but ageism is real. You aren't always going to have broader appeal so at some point charts really shouldn't be the main focus. Her fans seemed to enjoy the album and its roll out and if I were a fan I probably would have to. In many ways I hate the music industry now but one good thing about algorithms is even if you technically "flop" you can still create moments for your fans and I definitely think Madonna did that. Even something like Charli's Music, Fashion, Film maybe it didn't do well chart wise, but it doesn't feel like some major catastrophe for her career because it underperformed. Pop music fans are still aware it exists, its just whether or not they choose to consume it. Being apart of the culture and conscious honestly feels more powerful than any chart these days. As long as the general conversation surrounding you isn't that you're a flop like a Lizzo or Katy then you're fine.
