Is this a safe place? Not a fan of the constant vocoder that makes it sound like her vocals are drowned out a little too much. The aesthetic, the deconstructed atmosphere and music, all cool. But the whole purpose of a live album for me are the vocals and muffling them 90% of the time kinda ruins it. Can't even make out the words in the DWAS verse lol.

This is not a safe space and yeah you're not safe heart2

Gaga's biggest enemy is Little Atrocities, pop a 911 ever since day one

Pop a 911, then pop another one

I respect your opinion but

We've heard her vocals on these songs like a lot thus far and the tour special is supposedly coming out later this year, so.. Can we appreciate she's experimenting and doing something different?

Also, the fact that instead of MAYHEM: Requiem we almost got MAYHEM: Harlequiem bc the initial idea was to make it fully acoustic deadbanana2

Gaga is so supportive of other artists and yet she constantly gets bashed unfairly in return. There's no way a man with her level of fame and success would get treated like that over a perfectly legitimate sample/interpolation. In fact there are some artists who's biggest hits are heavily sampled from other people's songs.

It's annoying how some popstars will do the bare minimum or do something they've done 1,000 times before and be heralded as "amazing" because of their PR team, but Gaga can put on a show where she's literally subverting what it means to be a popstar and reimagining her entire album (which most of her contemporaries cannot do), and it goes without praise. Just goes to show some of these other girls are only praised because their PR team forces praise upon them.

Gaga is so much better than me. In her position, I would've already tweeted to that person to shut their mouth and be grateful I even realized they existed and cared enough to borrow parts of a rather simple cut I could've just redone myself with slight tweaks.

I know we always view Miss Gaga as the underdog, as she's always trying to push boundaries, but she's also been one of the most famous and decorated artists in the entire world in the last 20 years (and ever.)

So, yeah. We can look down from the top of the hill.

"you can't hear the words when she uses the vocoder"

If you're a fan you know the words already you don't need to hear them!

Sometimes I wonder what Gaga should do to please all of you but then I remember all the legends once lived in the earth. They were never appreciated when they were alive. And Gags said it in that FUSE interview in BTW era and I was so sad thinking about it. Besides , nobody's perfect and everybody has different taste in music. If your taste is like a rough jade, you only need to hone it well and it'll be shiny and great but if yours is like a lump of soil, well, then even spending years on honing it, your taste never be better because it's still soil. Dirty and bad. So Idc what other people say (OGHs+LMs), I'm just supporting as much as I can.
