Which model iPad do you have? I got an iPad mini not too long ago and I am loving it. Im currently browsing ATRL on it . It's the perfect size for browsing, reading, and watching shows/yt on a sofa. My only complaint as a 60 Hz screen 😓.

I use my phone a lot so basically got an iPad to dilute my usage because I wanted my iPhone to last longer + I do some work on Canva and it's more comfortable on iPad when I don't want to use my laptop

iPad is way better for reading and watching media while you're at home.

I had one that was never used. So I don't have one anymore. It's basically useless for me. 

basic ipad, i literally only use it to draw diagrams for my notes/for online exams with a knockoff apple pencil (i study economics)

iPad Pro 12.9 but mine is the 2nd Gen 2017 ver., got it when it came out and it's still going strong

Base iPad. I was thinking of changing to iPad Mini but then changed my mind when I realised I also use it to watch TV Shows/Films from time to time. 

I don't.

I got an iPad Pro with my first stimulus check in the pandemic. I was using it a lot to read academic papers for my time in grad school. It now barely holds a charge beyond a few hours so I don’t use it much anymore. 

I have a phone and a MacBook. iPads are odd in-betweens for me with no practical use.

i don't have an iphone, i prefer android. i got the 2020 ipad air with my stimmy check tho & i regret it bcs i didn't know it didn't have an headphone jack, i didn't even think to check bcs i'm not used to apple

It's a really great machine if you work with the Office Suite or Affinity or take notes and do intense studying. Also, it's really handy on flights, as it (with at Magic Keyboard Folio case) fits better than a laptop on the tray.

 

I like that it can connect to external monitors. But it's still not a full laptop, so don't except it to be able to read optical media drives or any other common peripherals (like scanners). Mass storage devices and iPad-specific devices only.

 

Honestly, I never got the hype over the iPad until I got one.

Get the ipad mini sis, no issues typing when I use the split keyboard.

I had the base iPad for several months. The only time I used it was during the initial setup. In between my smart phone and laptop, I didn't have a need for it.

iPad mini a17 pro, it's truly the perfect size for a tablet for me. 

An iPad in my country costs around 3/4 thousand dollars. 🥲
