The last two seasons have averaged about 3 million so not great. Although everything has been flopping on UK TV for years apart from The Traitors and football. Even Strictly Come Dancing is down to 7 million (probably even lower this year given the Z-list influencer contestants and change in presenters). X Factor would probably be better but if she has The Voice in the bag vs nothing concrete for X Factor then she should probably just stick with The Voice. It seems like the XF reboot will get off the ground this time (there was some mess about it moving from ITV to Channel 5 a few years ago) but probably with many, many changes. They might go with an all-new judging panel rather than anyone who's been on the show before, with Simon's only role being behind the scenes

no. those are the thresholds for grades at UK universities but we don't use letter grades (we use 1st, 2:1, 2:2, 3rd, fail) and it's very difficult to be awarded anything higher than low 80s (because marking is very harsh in the case of assignments, and because exams are on-campus, closed book and difficult). any American student who chooses to do a semester or year abroad in the UK has their grades converted (and often gets to complete an alternative assignment instead of the exam that UK students take) to the US scale so that their GPA doesn't get tanked
