i actually floss first, and then i grab my toothbrush and apply paste and then i wet the brush and i finally clean my tongue with a tongue scrapper that i got from amazon called orabrush.

quick rinsing my mouth with water > floss> paste> water> brush> mouth wash

Floss first, then brush teeth and tongue, and rinse with mouthwash. 

you're supposed to floss first so none of these options.

wait u dont wet the brush before applying paste?

 

 

option one for me and I try to do it at least once a week

oh this is random but i just love how almost everyone on this forum writes everything in lowercase letters including the pronouns. it looks really cool

Floss -> rinse mouth out with water -> wet my electric toothbrush head for a second -> apply toothpaste -> brush for two minutes -> use a tongue scraper 

floss --> paste+brush --> spit but leave the residual in my mouth if i have time, otherwise just rinse with water right afterwards  --> mouthwash if i have time

 

Floss, whitening toothpaste, rinse, prescription fluoride toothpaste no food or drink for 30 minutes 

I just use mouthwash it's good enough 

I scrape my tongue

 

Then I floss

 

Water > apply toothpaste > more water > brush teeth > water

 

Then mouth wash

Mouth wash, tongue, floss, brush. Once a week or so I also dip interdental brushes into high fluoride toothpaste and use it between my teeth 

None of these because I floss first.
