Can we talk about the three people who voted that they don't brush their teeth at all?

  • you're supposed to floss first so none of these options.

  • i assume ppl do that during the "brush" part.       or am i being too optimistic?

  • i actually floss first, and then i grab my toothbrush and apply paste and then i wet the brush and i finally clean my tongue with a tongue scrapper that i got from amazon called orabrush.

Option 1 plus rinsing my mouth with Therabreath mouthwash.

tongue brushed + scraped -> flossing -> mouthwash -> teeth brushed

Swish mouthwash jerk off uh uh uh days go by in a haze stay up and sleep late

scrape tongue -> smear tongue gunk on teeth -> rinse with orange juice -> swallow lump of toothpaste whole

Floss > mouthwash > wet brush > paste > brush > juggle dem balls > spit (never swallow) > brush tongue

Most people I know say they rinse their mouth with water after but my dentist told me this is bad because the teeth need to marinate in the paste

I rinse first and then proceed to brush my teeth. A random older woman told me that's how she did it and I've just been doing that ever since. :toofunny2: I have braces, so I brush after every meal—as well as morning and night.

This.

usually first thing in the morning i almost always use mouthwash because I hate the taste of my mouth in the morning.

I do not brush my teeth for the first time in a day until after I eat breakfast, and then I brush after every time I eat and also use mouthwash. Sometimes before I brush, sometimes after.

water > paste > brush

I use a floss pick all day throughout the day so when I brush my teeth, I don't include flossing since I am flossing constantly throughout the day. If I am driving? I have a floss pick in my mouth. If I'm chilling at home? Floss pick. I keep some in my car, some in my room, and some in the bathroom.

Correct, my dentist said don't rinse your mouth after brushing teeth.   Just spit and let the toothpaste stay on there.
