Because I have referred to Hamas as a terrorist organization and not a resistance movement that is one of the many major reasons I have been smeared as a Zionist.

 

I don’t wanna go back and forth about it, but that’s the crux of my issue. Anytime I criticize them im accused is supporting hasbara and then told to educate myself in a litany of condescending ways. Not specifically by hecking IIRC but definitely implied.

I would invite ALL of us, of all beliefs and political alignments, to question why so many middle class white gays from the US on this forum are so comfortable posting about death and destruction and behaving like it's SYG in every civics thread. Several members of this cult openly post about who they are and where they're from. These are people whose biggest struggle in life is being crushed under the weight of abundance. This is entertainment to them, they don't care about you or your rights any more than they would about a new Rihanna single's charting record if their life was at stake over it. Maybe listen to the people who are universally concerned with violence instead of the ones treating this like a stan war. I'm going to go back to arguing about kpop now.

Ddd some of you should stay out of politics threads if you're gonna get your feelings hurt when discussing war and genocide. I think that's the real problem. 

 

You can't moderate oversensitivity. And a lot of people here are too sensitive. Can't handle discussions about pop girls, let alone actually serious topics. Just walk away from the conversation if it's upsetting you to be called out, it's bound to happen with discussions like the ones in Civics. Be responsible for your own mental health and well being, don't burden others with self-censorship. People in those threads tend to spread very thinly veiled opinions full of racism and hatred, or ignorance at best.. like yeah that's gonna be called out. "Zionist" claims are less concerning than people making claims that entire cities full of people that pose no current threat to them should be wiped out as collateral for the war that was thrust upon them.  
 

And this isn't shade at @Ryan either who I think is doing their best with moderating what is essentially a very difficult forum full of very difficult people. But seriously, if you're going to go into these very serious threads and make bold claims, you're more than likely going to get a bold response. If you can't handle that, then remove yourself from the conversation. Not contributing to an ATRL thread is not going to change the world for better or worse.

lol I always felt civics brought atrl together for the most part. I love going there to vent and getting support from everyone. It's a lot less tense over there vs base and celebria. (Btw why is celebria in Spanish?)

I have been requesting some accountability from your admin since May of 2023 when you banned TheOnlyOne and you promised to work with me then but it's been crickets on your part.
