i can get behind every green in the vegetable family but brussel sprouts have such a distinct earthy taste that i just despise to this day…

Yes. So good when they're roasted up.

I believed in the propaganda that "you just need to roast them and cook them right" but like... they're still slimey and taste like fart, no matter how you cook them.

 

No amount of seasoning is able to hide that they literally taste like the air smells after somebody dookied in your bathroom.
