Idk how it is in other countries, but in the US, I think the concept of and the expectation for people in customer service roles is bizarre. You're basically required to smile against your will and adopt an entirely different personality while simultaneously being utilized by the public as a personal resource to help them, which will constantly and inevitably lead to abuse, as anyone and everyone gets to have "power" over a person in customer service. It HAS to be mentally unhealthy, imo.

But I thought she was a controversial and highly politically polarizing figure? I guess I was correct in saying that she's not, after all.

I'll admit, I've stated that she hasn't generated controversy, but maybe I stand corrected. Which moment in recent years was the most controversial? If it's not listed, please say it in the comments.

Pattern of taking songs? Let's be for real, there is no way that Rihanna forced these girls to give her a song. If they genuinely didn't want that to even be an option, Rihanna would've never heard the song, they would've kept it tucked away. And if it happened behind their back, then they obviously didn't own the song to begin with.

Britney's is definitely more known by the GP and therefore is more iconic, but Lady Gaga's is one of two "post-Britney" VMA performances that I do consider iconic, with the other being Miley's 2013 performance (say what you want, but it was iconic, it broke the record for most tweeted about event at the time) Tbh though, I'm not sure that any pop-star's live performance could ever or will ever be able to replicate the aftermath and media attention that Britneys received. She had a chokehold on society in a way we no longer see, because it was all funneled to the public in a much more concentrated manner during that time.
