I never really cared for her until Reputation, but after that, I liked her through the Midnights era. Then, Idk, I couldn't get into her last two albums like I can other artists music. I also think when you feel like you're "supposed" to like a certain artist, it makes me naturally not care for them as much. Thats why I don't listen to Beyonce either in recent years.

She focuses too much on the album release and concept, and not on making timeless, quality music. That's why each album release is an event, but the music itself takes a backseat and is ultimately forgotten.

Her fans claim her to be so political that she is "polarizing", yet other than ambiguous lyrics in songs the GP will never hear, she stays completely silent about politics. Many artists have directly called out Trump, but Beyonce hasn't. Why?

Her "success" consists of tweets about her music, TikTok, PR articles, and being given awards. She hasn't had a memorable hit to the GP in quite some time. My question is why her fanbase completely forgets her tours? They constantly harp on this "no promotion" narrative, did those tours not take place? Or like her halftime show for cowboy Carter, is that forgotten as well?

Because it's first week was so big that it still sold enough to stay at #1 in its second week Are you gonna act like it served longevity when it had fallen off the chart completely by week 28?

I'm surprised Cowboy Carter's sales are so low. All I heard about on here was how much conversation it caused. Did people talk about it but not stream it? Will one day people talk about how much they talked about it?

It's honestly crazy that the tour, as massive as it was (I believe the highest grossing of that year, no?) and it only brought the album back on the BB200, because it had already fallen off entirely by week 28.

It didn't harm her, but having one of your few solo number #1s be a song like Texas Hold Em, a little tiktok chasing jingle, is not ideal. And as far as the whole album, well to the GP, it just came and went. The massive tour, the tiktok song, winning Grammys, etc. barely kept it on the charts. Any artist can release an album of a different genre, they just don't have every publication on their payroll to praise it even when no one is listening to it after the first week.

Well to be fair, Rih out-streams most of the girlies. She's a music legend with an impeccable discography of hits.
