The movie seems to be moving forward. There's a new entry on the US Copyright Office for "The Woman In Me" that counts with "Britney Films, Ltd." and Universal Pictures among the parties

The ATRL logo will probably get switched out soon since it's been almost two weeks since it's been up. Was extremely happy I got the chance to make an ATRL logo for my favorite Britney album

Hello everyone,    Just to let you know that Poker Face surpassed Toxic on Spotity.

We will never know for certain because her team ensures she never interacts with the actual public.

Most of her fans will say it's on her own accord/decision to never interact with anybody and she prefers to be isolated now but honestly I don't believe it.

She never goes to any events, didn't even go to her own kid's fashion show debut which was a red flag to me (I don't believe a mother especially obsessed with her sons as her would miss that purposely). I think the team/guardians she has in place do purposely limit her from being able to have public interaction and probably because of her current stage and what could go wrong.

When they have these staged moments of her privately meeting another celebrity (Kardashians sleepover, Paris Hilton reuniting, the wedding ceremony, etc) they are clearly given NDAs and not allowed to speak on the experience afterwards. The few people allowed to interact with her outside her circle essentially never talk about it afterwards. Her team obviously wants the public to know as little as possible about how her current state besides random videos in her phone they post of her dancing and posing.

She has never even engaged in a direct message on Instagram, commented on another celebrity's post, etc since the conservatorship ended.

I'm sorry but you're not convincing me someone who has been directly using Instagram for years just doesn't use a single feature except for posting. Her team is clearly posting on her behalf.

The videos that are being posted being so bizarre and random at times (like talking to herself or just trying on an outfit) actually make sense in the context that someone on her team is just posting videos she took of herself on her phone and they were never intended to be for an Instagram post.

what was with the kardashian post - was it not AI? was it all for publicity?

Same with the Chris Appleton hair - that picture seems so AI

I guess now it makes sense since Britney recently posted a video of her at Universal studio. Maybe to sign for something?

Im also almost positive Mckenna Grace have already been cast as Britney duca

I really hope the budget is great. Knowing how successful 'Michael' was , hopefully they invest more into the film's budget

i'd think just given the huge success of "the woman in me" memoir they'd be cueing up to throw money at this thing

You're right. Also looking at Universal's recent film runs is CRAZY. I mean not only wicked but other major production films.

I struggled seeing why John M Chu would be a good idea. But then I remembered that Britney's story obviously is going to include her music videos, live performances etc. Which he'd be terrific at capturing and paying great detail. I haven't seen Wicked in full, but from what I've seen looked aesthetically perfect.

I also hope that the script is done right. Britney's story is just as heartbreaking and could be seriously dramatic as much as her journey was thrilling. They really need to capture those 2 elements.

Michael's biopic was such a great one, regardless of how "corny" it was at times. Although I feel like it was also very rushed and they brushed off his early struggles quite alot. I believe Britney' story could be done better than that , dramatically speaking.

i think the danger with britney is that it gets airbrushed like the amy winehouse and whitney biopics and ends up not being as interesting as the real thing, where neither were as good as the high profile documentaries made about them. there'll be a lot of backroom lobbying from people who come out of this very badly (see also what happened with michael, which i think initially drew in some of his "controversies" and was eventually cut to ribbons)

in fact given how well known britney's story is and how hard it would be to cast her as responsible for what happened during the conservatorship, it might even be that it gets tied up in lawsuits and/or canned rather than a whitewash? i guess that it's all out there in print already but i don't think that's ever stopped anyone hiring a lawyer

the book itself i thought was really harrowing, i read it twice and the second half is nightmarish, i do wonder what sort of happy ending they'll try to give her

That makes sense actually. Which explains the so many missing details with Michael. I havent seen Whitney' nor Amy's tbh but maybe I will now.

A movie is 2hr long at most nowadays. And they literally can't scheme over her gigantic story in that short amount of time. Which explains why Michael will have a sequel which btw... lots of cut scenes apparently will be included in the second. But you're right, Diana Ross, Janet etc. All missing key pieces.

I can almost and maybe see Xtina, Justin and some others intervening to not be included, especially Justin. But I don't think he'll be successful? I mean ... he's a big part of the storyline but unless he can lawfully and successfully object then they'd have to change the name somehow. Im 100% sure Justin will be all over that project trying his best to stop and sabotage it. It will NOT be good for him if the matching story in the end book ends up portrayed in the film down to every detail. Justin will be officially over/cancelled. And knowing that the director mentioned they'll explore how " Media and we as people treat popstars" then It will have the main 3 villains , Justin, Kevin and her dad. How much can they involve them? Idk. Im pretty sure Kevin will try and sue/ intervene. But knowing he doesn't have the money , he won't be able to.

It'll be interesting nonetheless. I guess this is why the Madonna project didnt go through.

Oops I almost forgot about her family, and Lou Taylor. Which from what I can remember , Britney did mention her name in the book.

I don't think any of them have the capacity to stand against Universal studios though. The good thing about all of this is the fact that Britney won't suffer a scratch as the rights have been sold already. It' entirely up to Universal studios and what/what they want to do with the story. Even Britney herself cannot object to anything legally.

Im very interested in seeing how this may go. Anyone has any idea why that particular writer has been chosen? And if this is a good thing? Is she a forward , nonapolegetic and ballsy writer? Or the opposite?

I"m sexy dancing in the house...I feel like Britney Spears.hippo

O ano era 2012, Britney Spears era jurada do The X Factor, e a participante Paige Thomas cantou Everytime na sua frente. Sabendo o significado da canção hoje em dia, visivelmente Britney se emociono

They really played in her face on this show deadbanana2

The Circus Tour is so underrated, we had it so good and we didn't even know

200w.gif

have never bothered to listen to glory before but i'm halfway thru and thinking that it's her best post-blackout album? a really fun record and you don't get that sense of feeling a bit soiled that you get with some of the other conservatorship era stuff

Can the Britney hive educate me?

Does she still have a team? A manager? Is she writing her own social media posts and editing videos herself? Is she completely isolated in her mansion most of the day? Her situation confuses me.

Her l manager is Cade Hudson (he used to be her friend in the conservatorship), she appears to write her own Instagram captions and upload many of her own dance videos, but still have a team that manage her other social medias (X, Tik Tok and facebook)

As for her daily life, no one outside really knows what she does. She often posts videos of herself dancing at home, but that's only of what she chooses to share online, she often post about teaching children dancing, travel, gym. etc. she become a very private person except for the videos of dancing.

listening back to my CD rip of Britney Jean (Deluxe) and i want to know exactly which songs are blatantly Myah. some songs are more ambiguous or mixed but songs like Body Ache is OBVIOUS to be Myah lol

Her account is pure chaos and meanwhile even for me as a fan of the first hour only annoying. Every time she posts a dance video, I roll my eyes directly and cramp inside. I really wonder where this should lead and whether this will really continue for the next 10 years. Yes, she is free and can do what she wants, but everything she shows online is contentless. I always get the question of whether it is really 100% her or whether someone just has access to her cloud and arbitrarily takes pictures / videos that she has only made for herself. And in my opinion, she has no team at all except for Cade and Security. Cade is a blunder and only likes to show himself with her, Paris, Kim etc. He certainly hasn't done anything really helpful for her yet.

Someone made a video analyzing that
it is said that these are mostly Myah - Work B*tch ,Body Ache ,'Til It's Gone ,Chillin' With You
(Passenger, Brightest Morning Star, Hold On Tight - dishonorable mentions of having lots of Myah too)
