Something Midiful came and went bc it was forgettable. it gave slapped together noahfence. I hope she comes back with something fresh and more modern sounding, less throwbacky. ESV was kinda perfect, at least visually, and attitude-wise. We need Michael Pollack to not water down her sound with sappy piano ballads and bad vocal producing/mixing.

100% worth listening to. There's almost no skips (except maybe Princess) and the bonus tracks are bangers. She was really in her melodic bag on this album. The 1-2-3 punch of Potential, Chef's Kiss, and Pink Cadillac should be studied Live instrumentation throughout the album, hooky choruses, adlibs, stacked background vocals/harmonies For all the flack this era got, the music itself is some of her best. It's my favorite album of her's hands down. I'd say it falls in her discog as closer to Title (throwback-doowop) with some influences of Thank You (y2k/dance) Shimmer and Hush are def the "Me Too" or "No" of the album, hence why they're tacked onto the end lol
