Dare I say, she embodies late 20s Beyoncé's work ethic more than most. Girl is out there performing Midnight Sun like it's a #1 in the same way Bey performed RTW.

kellys voice is too "light" its not round enough idk how to describe it it misses "mass " for me singing RnB soul tunes

 

 

well it's official! andrew is no longer working for Parkwood. and just as i thought, he left about a year ago in Oct 2024:

 

 

he has now started his own creative agency, and their first project was the new Honey Dijon video.

she started out at parkwood as an associate CD, so i believe she was promoted after he left.

That's unfortunate, but I do like that her former team stays nearby as it's an indication that there's no bad blood. Weren't Ty Hunter & Sir John back for something recently? Single Ladies dancer Ebony Williams also came back to choreograph "My Power" for Black Is King / Renaissance World Tour and we all saw Jonte (Renaissance World Tour) & Ashley (Beyoncé Bowl).

 

Her former CD Kwasi Fordjour is the CD for Normani, her former A&R Teresa was working with Chloe until making the move to reunite with Jessica Simpson, Andrew is probably working with both Chloe and Halle (who has an album coming out in a few weeks), one of her A&Rs is working with Josh Levi, and even one of her main dancers D'nay has become Megan Thee Stallion's head dancer / choreographer.

 

Everyone is growing and branching out, but it seems like the door is always open.
