Her former CD Kwasi Fordjour is the CD for Normani, her former A&R Teresa was working with Chloe until making the move to reunite with Jessica Simpson, Andrew is probably working with both Chloe and Halle (who has an album coming out in a few weeks), one of her A&Rs is working with Josh Levi, and even one of her main dancers D'nay has become Megan Thee Stallion's head dancer / choreographer.

 

Everyone is growing and branching out, but it seems like the door is always open.

He was following people that were being shady towards B ( calling her out being Pro Kamala etc and worse things that were degrading ) ...No matter how good or talented i side eyed him for that . B deserves sincere people around her

Yeah I fear that the negative press he garnered associated with her name definitely gave them a reason to part ways.

Its the typical drought now, where Bey lays super low and we dont know anything. 

Then, one random day, we'll be overstimulated with news, a lead single AND the album anouncement.

Then we have weeks of theorizing and expectations rising to the highest of ceilings, an amazing first week, and then...

I recently started working with a client in entertainment and they are doing so much to engage with their audiences, to keep their brand top of mind. And ultimately make more money, of course.

 

Made me think how Beyoncé's team has become so bad at this. There's so many things that they could be doing for long-time and new fans, which would only support Bey's legacy. Oh well…

I'm glad Bey is laying low tbh. There's no need for her to be doing anything right now. I'm hoping the May 29th theory regarding ACT III holds. It can be teased at the Grammys or similarly to Renaissance initial marketing/ promotional effort. 
 

Side note: I do hope she attends the Grammys to present Album of the Year to GNX.

I took a peep at leftist social media and they're dragging Taylor swift about being a billionaire. I don't need a new Beyoncé album in 2026. I want her to wait until after the 2028 election results when the world has hopefully calmed down. She can drop a few songs here and there and we will be fine. But when that album drops, the think pieces will be insufferable during this already insufferable time. Plus we need a couple more years to save for those overpriced, tone deaf $1k+ floor seats that are 20 feet away from the stage.

The way you still have failed to realise it's not Beyoncé team…it's BEYONCÉ that doesn't want to do any of that nonsense. Her team is doing a single thing without her approval

Beyonce escapes over-exposure because she knows how to disappear. The next work related thing she does will be treated like a comeback again and it will be much welcomed because the quality of what she'll do will yet again be far above everyone else.

It's not that deep, I highly doubt she lets those types of people stop her from doing what she wants to do.
