idk what you mean in that context, he's not an indie artist so i guess no it wouldn't be - I was talking more about the fact that it's risen slow and steady before dominating. but i also just think it's a great song that works v well with the 2 of them

Hoping Rein Me In takes it ngl, it's nice having such a historic record being broken by arguably a very organic smash. Yea he was kinda cheeky this week but I would be too for a 19th week, up until now it's had the longest ascent to the top 10 ever as well as the longest stint in it. and i love the song (bit overplayed in the UK now tho i fear)

I took Read My Lips as Isaac 2.0 on first listen, really grown to be one of my faves

Having sat with the album for a couple days, WOW. I would say the only track I'm meh on is Betrayal, Idk if that will improve either At first I didn't love Read My Lips, Everything and Bizarre. But I always forget that my favourite part of an album release is getting to know the tracks inside out and ending up loving most of them. Read My Lips is a BOP, it just feels like she got the magic back....I can't explain it. It just feels so complete as an album...she did herself and her career justice. Also every single GP friend I play the album for has LOVED it. BYL & Danceteria especially Finally - Bizarre is so Eurovision coded but I love it lol

It's mainly because people will go into large bodies of water e.g. rivers and lakes nearby to try and escape the heat but end up underestimating depths/currents etc and just tragically lose their life
