I'm afraid I have to agree. Everytime I love one of her songs I'm like let me check what she's been up to, and it's always disappointing. Even MS is like eh.

I don't think Tove's brand is viable for long term mpg status but she could still have a Brat moment. That said, her career is a dream as it is: consistently releasing albums, keeping her base, writing for other girlies, touring, making sickening videos... not everybody has that.

I think that Tate would not only be a mpg by now but she'd be a huge star if her beauty was even more conventional. I don't particularly stan her or anything, I actually prefer Addison's style of music a little bit more, but that's just how I see it.

Because she's a star with tremendous charisma and it factor. I'm confused by people saying she doesn't have a sound when even before Anti you could tell that her heart was in Caribbean music and hip-hop/trap. It's not her fault she could make any other genre into a hit.

It has her best lead and second singles. NTLTC and GIAW are undefeated and actually kinda underrated if you think about it. REM, get well soon and better off are career highlights too. A great album with risks that most of the other girlies would be too afraid to make

I wouldn't mind if she made a pop album in english. I actually liked LLYLM. Have a cute Laundry Service moment. But she can make whatever and I know it'll be great

I agree. She doesn't have a strong identity or brand because of all the genre hopping. Instead of making whole albums dedicated to a specific genre or mood she should copy what Karol and Rosalía did with a "collage album" that encompasses all the sounds she loves (Maybe this is the album to do that, I haven't listened yet)

If I were her or her manager I'd say focus on making great pop music that I know my fans are going to love. Pushing the envelope, taking artistic risks, those are things I think her core base would appreciate. Follow the Madonna and Kylie print. Sure, she could make some reggaeton or corrido collab and get a hit, but then what? I think getting a cult-ish Padam padam or confessions 2 moment would be better for her career than a No Me Acuerdo or Desde Esa Noche, at this point
