    Each morning of the week without fail, I'll go downstairs into my kitchen, soak some flocão (flaked cornmeal) in water & mix it with chili powder + salt, microwave it under a damp paper towel to steam it, then mix in butter, miso paste, and cheese, and top it 😉 with a crispy fried egg. It's genuinely one of the easiest things to make when I've just woken up and it's so good too.... thank you northeastern Brazil for giving us cuscuz nordestino pic: i've shared my hyperfixation meal ATRL... what is yours? let me know so we can all try each other's
