Etta James appreciated Christina Aguilera's powerhouse voice and ability to sing true blues and soul, whereas she publicly criticized other contemporary artists, like Beyonce, for covering her signature tracks. Why?!

Meanwhile, Etta James on the legendary Christina "The Voice" Aguilera:

Beyonce ever played her in the film Cadillac. Whereas Xtina covered her song "Something's Got a Hold of Me" in the cult-favorite Burlesque.
