Also having this issue. I used the "contact us" box last week and still there. I see the pinned post here says that there is nothing they can do but pass along the message, so please pass it along! I have to close/refresh the page multiple times just to use the bar. If you're going to have un-closable ads on the bottom of the screen, move the navigation bar to the top or something
