After I wasn't a fan of the first two singles, I was a bit nervous, but I actually like the album! DNH I've liked since day 1 despite it not being a fan favorite (somehow) and after reading the pages here I thought it'd be a lot worse than it is. Yeah, the flow is weird but nothing was an immediate skip and I'll definitely keep it on rotation to see what ends up clicking

Are the bonus tracks going to be the ones that she released with the physicals?

I find it hard to believe she recorded the Rep vault tracks (and we know she did, because she called them "fire" in her Time interview) and not the album tracks. I know her letter said that she didn't, but in her last interview she said she recorded all of the songs, and insiders also said that they were all done. That said, I'm not mad that we didn't get Rep (TV). It's too complex for her to re-record and so much would have been lost in the process. Since she owns her masters now, is she allowed to use songs from the era not previously released? A Rep (or Debut) re-release with the OG vault tracks added as a deluxe would be pretty cool!

I don't know what it is, but I really don't like when she talks in the verse. I have the same problem with Bass Persuades. I feel like she's just trying too hard to be mysterious/poetic? idk. she never used to do it, but it seems to be her go to lately Sonically, Different Religion is really good, and I like the melody of the chorus, but the verse is going to take a while to get used to, and I'm not sure if I will

The chorus reminds me of another song but I can't think of what it is

I like it!! I don't really get the give me what I want comparisons but I've only listened once so maybe I'll catch it later!

Glad I'm not the only one who thought it was fake. If it was real we'd be getting multiple shots and see it from every angle imaginable

Such a classic Tove song! Verses and Chorus are both good and have some variety! You don't know how the whole song sounds in the first 45 seconds. I don't get how this isn't an immediate hit with everyone who hasn't been satisfied with the first two songs

I agree! To be fair she hasn't been fully country since Woman in Me. Man I feel Like A Woman and Getcha Good are straight up rock songs, so she's always danced the line!

I'm on scary little thing and I'm so genuinely impressed?? The whole album (melodically and the little weird musical moments) are so Up! coded I think scary little things is my favorite so far I absolutely love the instrumental

Excited and nervous for my first listen tomorrow! Shania was my OG queen growing up, but her vocals on faded blue jeans were some of the worst studio vocals I've heard from her, and I hope the other tracks don't have her clearly struggling like that
