Literally, not only did they not get an official push - it's a pot luck if you'll even get that version of the album when you go to her profile/go to album from Mayhem tracks in public playlists.

I was hoping it'd be a clue for an official deluxe, but looking more like they just weren't too bothered about formally expanding on Mayhem at all.

After opening Front Restricted view seats (1F Stand) for Tokyo shows which were already sold out, they now opened Front Restricted view seats (2F Stand).

50k attendance per night in Tokyo seems likely.

Cultural difference, Japanese people usually are never loud during concerts. The crowd for Gaga was actually somewhat rowdy compared to the usual concert video from Japan.

Yeah the people I were around barely sang, let alone scream. I felt so odd and out of place cause I kept screaming

I think there are some cultural differences where they don't sing as much at concerts, i think i heard that somewhere

This. I don't like DCT but the bridge is excellent, just checked the slow version out and it's much better yeah, yet the chorus always sounds flat to me. Just like with SOAM the verse promises you a huge chorus, you're waiting for it all excited and then nothing happens. It's just flat, only the melody changes. Take disease, debra or VIY. Those have huge choruses.
