LATL thoughts

• Tony and the crew had a lot of patience in 2013… whew ("I'm sadder than you… my hip is worse than yours")

• You can see their friendship actually forming in 2014 when they start the promo, before that it seems like there's a lot of walls up

• The recording of LFS was actually painful to watch and explains why it's such a sharp decline in quality. Gaga doing everything in her power to be there for him is such a sharp contrast to CTC recording. She matured so much between those years

• Seeing Gaga react to Tony Alzheimer's was very sad, their friendship really was crucial to her career and life.

New album means new tour, right?

i wonder if "have been so worried that I'm lost" will be on the new album or it's scrapped forever

I never understand fully the HDD headlines and texts they just say whatever to me. it may be the fact that I'm not a native english speaker, but the way they write always sounded weird to me

Alice is one of Gaga's best songs. It's a techno-pop masterpiece. It's not some gigantic stadium-level anthem but that doesn't mean it's not an 11/10. The sick and tired of waking up breakdown is insane.

I don't think it's coordinated, but I recall a lot of people being critical of Gaga's relationship with Tony (especially as his disease progressed), so maybe those comments are remnants of that attitude.

If she does tour LG8 it will probably be a very short one with 10 shows at most.

Wow the Tony doc made me tear up

Especially when his health got even worse. Gaga knew what would happen and that final scene was her saying goodbye to him for the eternity. Tony was so special and with a heart of gold, i'm glad he appeared in her life during such a hard time. I also love how we got footage since 2011, so we can really see how their friendship became stronger with time.

The doc wasn't supposed to be out was it? All discussion on GGD has been wiped as expected. It doesn't get more random than MTV Japan. Not sure what the hold up is and how it got randomly aired in Japan in the first place. Wasn't Tony supposed to turn 100 this year? Maybe that's why it came out this year. Hoping for a release in a more official capacity tho.
