I actually think that's exactly why we will get 'LG8' early next year because Gaga wants to stuff us before disappearing for 5-6 years but still be able to shill Champagne and Drugs during that period without fans starting riots outside the baby nursery.

It feels weird to talk about women this way. Yes she's expressed excitement over becoming a mom recently but she's also adamant about putting out more music. We know she's been working on LG8 since October anyway.

The whole "disappearing to start a family thing" makes no sense. You realize most women who work go back to their jobs relatively soon after childbirth, right? Not just in America where maternal leave is ass, but in many countries it's quite common. And these are people without Gaga's immense financial resources and creative inspiration. If Denise from the Accounting department can return to work within a year because she "just needed to get out of the house," Gaga can certainly drag her ass from the living room to her home studio a few rooms away to lay down some vocals or bang something out on the piano in her kitchen. If anything being a mother might inspire her more.

I DO think she may slow down on the touring, the promo, etc, but not every album needs a tour and a huge promo cycle. It's nice, but I'm in my late 20s now, and I'm starting to care less about the "era." Just give me some great music. No reason a mother with a home studio, millions in the bank, and who is always talking about "writing music every day" can't do that.

Not to mention she's been open about being in a tough place artistically ever since her hip injury (when ARTPOP was mostly completed) through the beginning of the Chromatica Ball in 2022. Last time she was in a "good place," she gave us four albums in 6 years.

Streets saying Gaga might perform DCT on the Japan dates. Tosh the drummer posted about the shows on instagram with that song. I recall a similar thing happening with Lovedrug pre-Mayhem Ball.

It's not my favourite from the album but I think a live version could elevate it, like with The Beast, so I'm excited to hear it. Can't Stop The High instead of KFL would also he a serve.

I haven't heard the alleged leak but I can confirm it's AI as Nightingale was nothing more than a placeholder title for Harlequin.

If Gaga pulls a 'DWAS' with the (if it's true) Abel collab and 'The Devil Wears Prada' soundtrack single and tacks them onto her next solo album, we could potentially get the first two 'LG8' singles in the next 4 months or so.
