As someone whose body looks a lot like Ariana's, is perfectly healthy and doesn't suffer from any type of ED, the discourse has been absolutely insufferable. The ONLY time she ever looked thicker was when she was drinking on anti-depressants. I don't know why this even needs to be a discourse, it's all "love all bodies" until someone's thinner than the norm.
