If you look at her Twitter account all of the rumors she directly addressed like this turned out to be fake so she has a strong track record.

She was correct to push back the claim that the tour was going to be announced at Beyonce Bowl. It was not.

Maybe the era will be announced in summer but it's 100% not happening during or immediately after the met gala.

the claim was that she was preparing for her next tour and it would be announced after the halftime show, not at it. yvette denied it because Beyoncé wasn't ready for us to know that yet, even though it technically was true and we got that teaser for the tour dates literally right after the show.

It's annoying but let's be fair and prepare for the fact that act iii isn't close. Its not coming this quarter. Bey is simply more active due to Met gala. She love fashion and will like to use the moment to shed light on and uplift people.

I don't wanna get TOO excited but I will say I think the name of the game with any/everyone in her orbit is simply obfuscation. They just don't want the surprise spoiled. So they'll muddy the waters as much as they need to so that Bey can do the announcement and surprise people on her own terms. I do think new music will be not more than a full month out from after the Met Gala, a single(s) drop at the absolute least

Well said though, I tend to agree.

This is confusing and my only guess is that they are clearing expectations for any Beyoncé related music or album headlines for MET Gala week so that she doesn't steal the attention away from the event and the fashion (as she is a chair and it'll look too opportunistic from organizers perspective).

Also, I bet they want to keep some level or organic surprise for the little things (even the Verison ad for example) - cuz it creates fun moments and hype instead of guessing.

But it is a bit stupid because you announced and are going to the MET after ages, right when your new project is expected, so how could you NOT think people will expect new music along with it. You have said so YOURSELF, so why will people not think you are directly using the MET for your own music promo.

Watch B piss us off now with some Cecred or Sir Davis announcement with the MET attention on her. lol
