Did Beyoncé collaborate with a team of songwriters, providing them with a specific narrative she wished to convey through the album? For instance, did she request a song exploring themes of suspicion regarding her partner's infidelity and another expressing her anger about it? Did she offer general guidance to various writers concerning lyrical and musical themes? How did she determine the genre for each track?
