I also feel it is too on the nose. I actually feel like the whole look might be a little less act 3 than we are expecting while still having its clear nods to it.

This darker base with the highlights but with even more volume would be amazing.

The microphone situation was obviously a mess. It wasn't set for singing and sounded so dry. But what really got me was her weak breath control. We all know how amazing her breath control usually is and I think it was just impacted by how nervous she was.
