Honestly, they could do some amazing things together. He's done trash with blondie because she's basic like that, but his work with Lorde, Sabrina, St. Vincent, Lana, The Chicks, The 1975, Kendrick, Florence and Doja shows an amazing range tbh.

Sorry (original demo) is the closest we'll probably get to a Jack sound (heavy reverb, whispery vocals, etc.).

Im too lazy to do this, but somebody (who has a lot of free time on their hands) should compare album tracks EXCLUDING singles. I truly wonder where Bey would land in a comparison like this, cause I feel that her general album tracks are holding up quite well and she just lacks in omnipresent HITS, which would inflate her overall numbers.

Love Drought is STILL pulling around 70k daily streams and is the third most streamed song (off Lemonade in this case).

not a day goes by where they don't talk about her

I never bought (initially) that aligator tears was thematically about race and america and was just about romantic or personal relationships. Idk why i was resistant to it, but now it truly feels like its about both. The album is thematically consistent and so good. For me, CC is the first time she truly dives into her complex and contradicting feelings, and its hitting hard today. I guess taking a break from the full project has been good. A very open to interpretation and rich body of work!
