  • I'm kind of tired of the Bed Chem/Juno MV/single conversation like  we are already moving to a new era and both songs are still known by fans and non fans and have amazing streams even to this day. Mo

It's apparently dancepop with a euphoric dancebreak (e.g., @GardenPanty, 2025, ATRL) and a sound of a smash lead single (e.g., @Kintsugi, 2025, ATRL) according to two renowned ATRL Pop Scholars.

the most pop girl a pop girl has pop girled in so long

The horror font, the aesthetic and the title with a T: A new "Taste" incoming. :jonnycat:

I just don't understand why they'll only release the second single with the album. We know how hard post-album singles are to break so makes me think they just don't think she has any more strong singles aside from Manchild and Tears.

Hit ingles carry the album to longevity so maybe it's worth it on the BB200 than say BB hot 100 which already has a couple of hit presumably by the end of summer

Wait, it's only 2:40? :gaycat6: Well it better be Short n Sweet like Taste!

Too many pre-album singles can kill hype if they don't smash. Look what happened to GUTS and Happier Than Ever.

I get it but one more single before the album would add even more streams if it was a hit. One big hit can definitely carry an album but Sabrina had three of those in her last era. Now she'll most likely have two + a few album tracks that go viral.

ok but there's also a chance that people don't like the song and she loses more hype for the album, she shouldn't have even released manchild

GUTS faced the same thing and it would've been so much more successful if it was just dropped as a body of work, just look at happier than ever vs hit me hard and soft

Another pop SMASH. Another cinema quality FILM. An album launching SINGLE. Oh she's TAKING it. AGAIN. :jonny3:

Personally I'm glad the era of multiple pre-release singles is over. Nothing more anticlimactic than only having a few new songs to listen to from a brand new album. I still would have preferred no singles at all, but at least she only did one.
