DEA joins Hayden Panettiere death investigation.
You watched friends and family die from addiction and somehow the lesson you took from it was to become less compassionate? That's bleak. Your personal experience doesn't make you an addiction expert, and "the ones I liked survived because of tough love, while the others died because they were coddled" is a story you've invented to make an ugly opinion sound informed and to make your soulless self sound sympathetic. You're deeply ignorant and completely void of humanity.

Taylor Swift
why on earth would anyone want this? life is already an endless stream of stressful news, doomscrolling, and inflation, music is supposed to be the air valve that lets the pressure out, plus, expecting pop stars to be political saviors is just bizarre

Shakira & Ed Sheeran perform Underneath Your Clothes

Hilary Duff - 'luck… or something'
I definitely agree. As much as I love some of her deep cuts, a huge portion of the people going to the shows are casual or nostalgia fans, not necessarily fans who know every album track, so it makes total sense to lean heavily into the biggest hits and the songs people immediately recognize. It gets the audience excited, reminds them how much they loved her music, and hopefully might get them to revisit the rest of her catalog. Then if she tours again down the road, she can always switch things up and bring out more deep cuts once that interest has been rebuilt, but I think the setlist is perfect for this tour.

How are people still stanning Nicki Minaj?
because i'm a mature adult and my identity is not defined by an artist's political views

Why do people still take Pitchfork seriously?
Some people have zero identity outside of stan culture, so they need critics to validate their taste. If their fave gets a good score, suddenly pitchfork is the supreme court of music, and if the score is bad and especially when the album is already getting dragged then they either have a full meltdown or instantly switch sides and start parroting the review word for word lol. I'll never understand the concept of letting someone else tell you whether you're allowed to enjoy an album.

Ariana Grande - 'petal'
literally the best song on the album

Ariana Grande - 'petal'
It's an album discussion thread. I gave my opinion on the album. Groundbreaking concept, I know.

Miley Cyrus signs to Atlantic Records
She's already explained why she doesn't want to tour. I'd much rather have a healthy, sober Miley releasing music when she feels ready than watch her put her wellbeing at risk just to chase hits or keep fans happy.

Ariana Grande - 'petal'
it just feels like the album is just one whole song, very monotonous, the only highlight for me is big feelings, absolutely amazing.
