As long as another Christmas song doesn't snatch AIWFCIY, Mariah should reclaim eventually? Unless AIWFCIY starts to wind down for being too popular every Christmas and another song takes its annual place for a bit. The scary thing is Ella is like 100+ points ahead of #2, so she could stay up there for even more weeks. Taylor finally got some payola'd airplay (she's massively ahead of the rest of the top 10 there) and yet IKIIKY is still not even close to #1 yikes.

River's talk-singing gagged me most, but the second verse here is very good. I'm not as sold on verse 1 yet.

The production on the chorus is ******* insane. Best part is def the pre chorus though it's very short. I'm scared the Swifites and Rodriguettes won't be streaming though since it's not kms music. We need to get the Brats on board since Charli killed their dancefloor, so they they will be looking for a filthy beat.

The video is an absolute EATERY. She came on set mad as hell ready to light Columbia on fire! Unfortunately, I am not sold at all on the chorus lyrics. It's a perfect club song but who the hell is gonna be singing "The kids don't want to dance, the kids don't want to dance" over and over. Hoping this grows on me though. It's very Can't Be Tamed coded though and will at least go off at the gym.
