No one that's not true? Each era should always have a mandatory 4 singles with videos. Especially if the era is a hit like back in the days.

Pre release single

Album release single

Post release single

End of the era single

But this isnt true. Wasn't it short and the rumor was that Taylor actor from Red White And Royal Blue?

"Rumor" is the key word here.

If it was actually shot there's no way they would have scrapped that.

It's apparently dancepop with a euphoric dancebreak (e.g., @GardenPanty, 2025, ATRL) and a sound of a smash lead single (e.g., @Kintsugi, 2025, ATRL) according to two renowned ATRL Pop Scholars.

Well, yeah, Ariana released a post-album single last year for example, but this is rare nowadays. Post-album singles don't work as well as they once did. I can't see Sabrina releasing any more singles after the album, tbh. Especially since she stopped releasing videos after Taste… I don't think she'll change the strategy for MBF.

I feel like what she said it was more like "it an older song goes viral, I will go back and make a video/promote the song", not that she has plans to do that as of right now.

That ship has sailed long ago.

Her label would never invest money to release a video for an old song 💀

Unless Juno pulls a Cruel Summer…

But that's one in a million.

tbh when Bed Chem and then Juno went viral the label did nothing, both songs could've been huge and Juno is overall TOP 3 in her discography, it's so fun, light and catchy, the melodies are beautiful and the lyrics are so funny

Well then she and that "new rule" is dumb lol

Bigger artists have had scrapped music videos before. She wouldn't be the first lol

That's why I don't expect much from her statement :rip:

Yeah, I guess they didn't want overexposure? Who knows... Bad decision, tho.

Girl she don't need her label to make a video. U act like this girl has a regular paying job like all of us. She has money she can fund it herself

No one does post-album singles anymore. We'll get only 2 music videos this era + hopefully another one for the deluxe.

She's so lazy, Sabrina take notes from Addison Rae.

Post album singles are only a thing now if a song organically picks up upon release, outside the already pushed singles. Otherwise it's a waste of money to push another song nowadays.

I wish Juno got the single treatment, it deserved to be a mega smash.

With that said, it's rare and difficult to get a big hit from post-album singles in the streaming age, so even if there were songs with potential they probably thought it was more worthwhile investing in a whole new era rather than trying to milk SNS. Releasing a follow up so soon might also have been due to them wanting to strike while the iron is hot and establish her as here to stay.

More than anything I'm just happy to be getting a whole new album so soon tho :celestial4:

Artists have scrapped videos for valid reasons. What's the valid reason here? That she broke up with Barry? "Lol"
Y'all just made up that whole scenario of the Bed Chem video being filmed and shelved in your head. There's NO confirmation of anything whatsoever. In fact, all proofs lead to the fact that it was never shot.

Addison released all of her music videos before the album (and Times Like These with the album), so that's how it works if you want to put out 4+ music videos for the same era nowadays, but she's in a different position. I'm not sure it would have worked for Sabrina to have such a loooong singles roll-out before the album is out.

While Sabrina is rich, she couldn't reach the level of investment a label could offer for a mv. If she indeed decides to fund it, it would be somewhat low-budget compared to her other videos from SnS and MBF. I'm not sure it would even makes sense for her to do this atp.

Arianators are ******* greedy. At this point Ariana has nothing to prove. Her last era had massive longevity, acclaim and success and yall still aren't satisfied because she only got one number hit song? Chill lol the boy is mine is still a hit

If her breaking up with Barry was the reason for not pushing anymore singles tf she doing singing songs about him still? "Lol"

You can still deliver a fantastic video on a small budget. Plenty of videos with a smaller budget still managed to be fantastic because of their execution. Sabrina could do the same if she really is as creative as we are led to believe

Not when they were showing and gave the era much needed legs post release but sure she went ahead and filmed and pushing that dolly remix of please please please that no one asked for lol

Has anyone else tried the doggy, I thought the doggy was lovely

Girl this is going to be her second full album in 12 months, she's definitely not that :toofunny2:

Labels just don't invest in post-album singles anymore. It's stupid because she had like 3 singles ready to go, but it is what it is. And tbh Bed Chem did have a full radio campaign (and went #1) and everyone knows Juno because of the tour, so they didn't go to waste completely. They just could have been a lot bigger

That was a rhetorical question :skull:
OF COURSE the breakup has nothing to do with the video not existing.
There's NO VALID REASON for the video to have been shelved.
Ergo: the video was never shot!
Hope you can finally understand now.
