Abra has better aesthetics. However, Judas feels like a better song even though Abra has far better lyrics. I can't explain it.

I agree. Abra has a better vibe / aesthetic but Judas as a song feels like an experience.

Yes exactly! Judas is just a unique gem on a league of its own that sounds like nothing else in modern pop.

 

That's not a knock on Abra which is also respectively its own experience given how hard it blew up globally. Judas just has its history of shaking the dusty 3rd century table at the Vatican to edge out Abra slightly.

Abra is cute, but you can't outdo the doer; Judas is god tier 

i couldn't choose bcs i love both so i went with a petty reason & chose abracadabra for not having a footwashing scene (i get why it's there but feet gross me out lol)

LOVE both, but I guess Judas better song by a hair. Much stronger chorus, insane breakdown. And then that final chorus with the extra ad-libs. Abra is still very very good though. 

 

Abra 100% for aesthetics though, it's so clean and well thought out.

Actually I find Abra less noisy / more replayable. Judas always had those judaaa judaa aahs and the dupsteb bridge that bored me really fast

 

I do love the guitar arrange she does to judas live tho. Much more pleasing than the studio version

Abra for sure. It sounds grittier, Judas is pretty Ava Max'd in retrospective.
