the manchild music video is humorous, but the concept for yes and is way more interesting to me and I like the music video better.

Manchild, easily. It fits her brand so well and the video feels like a movie 

 

I think it's difficult for motivational pop music like "Yes And" to not feel preachy/childish, and that problem is only exacerbated when it's done by a more cutesy artist like Ariana  I also think the Paula/Janet direction just clashes with Ariana's current style, and how she presents more childlike/delicate because of playing Glinda
