Do you hold a grudge?

Yes and i own it. I never forget and if it's needed, i avenge it too. I've been hurt by people enough to know that 99% of the time, people who get second chances will waste them too

This is exactly how I feel. People used to make me feel bad about holding grudges but I don't feel like that anymore

To me it's the logical thing to do. Everyone treats others in accordance to their history~experience with them but it's only an issue if it's a negative experience. If you did me wrong then I'm simply picking up where we last started even if a lot of time has passed. I know nothing else about you and if you've changed you have to show it to me rather than me presume it.

  • this sounds kinda corny, but forgiving someone removes the power they have over your emotions. the best revenge is to completely move on

Not really. If someone disrespects me that is a "friend", I just permanently cut the person off and move on. If it's a random I don't care.

:clap3:

Also those who judge us for not forgiving, ironically are the people that asks for those second chances :rip:

Oh yes gurlll, I have SEVERAL lists at all times of the day AND I am always ready for revenge.

hihihi sadjsaldjslakdjsa

Yes, multiple although it doesn't keep me awake at night or anything like that

For me, it's not like I either hate them completely the rest of my life, or I fully forgive them and look past their wrong doings.

I can let go of hate, because I refuse to ruin around and let it drain my energy and soul, but now I know better and know how they are, so I'm not interested in picking back up whatever the relation was before, depending on what they did of course. Best of both worlds :celestial2:

I only do if they repeatedly display the same behaviour over and over again. I suppose that's not really a grudge though, since I always have a new reason to be mad at them

no. i dont want that type of energy in my life. holding a grudge is like stabbing urself and expecting someone else to be hurt. at the end of the day its a waste of energy and furthers u in no way.

Nah, I don't hold a grudge, I honestly forget stuff way too easily for that :suburban:

But if someone crosses a serious line or does something really bad, I'll just cut them out of my life.

No. If someone is being awful to me on purpose repeatedly then I just remove them from my life or ignore their existence if I have to see them because of work or a family situation.

Holding a grudge gives them too much importance that they don't deserve. Ignoring their existence hurts them much more hihi.
