The album title and cover have nothing to do with the album, which is... Disappointing just on an artistic level. Troye has a branding issue. But otherwise, the album is surprisingly good. Big beat, great late 90s-early 00s vibes, very well arranged. No real filler or dud track. Its kind of frustrating that with better branding and promo this album really could have made an impact on pop culture, but i dont think anyones really rallying to give him any flowers for this.

If she really wanted to coast on her success, TTPD wouldnt exist. She would have released a showgirl like album right after Midnights. Yes, this glitter gel teenagey basic writing of tloas era is def 100% intentional. She's playing the GP and they're eating out of her hands. "Rule of my release week is, love it or hate it.. as long as you're listening to it, she's winning." (or whatever she said during tloas release week)

I'm sure the footage can be salvaged and turned into a true crime series. It'll also do better numbers that way.
