songs 3-7 are all very close tho, only the top 2 remains the same since the album came out cause they're just that good.

Has anyone from Europe ordered vinyl or merch from her UK store? If yes, have you received it? Mine has been stuck in a British warehouse for two weeks and it's lowkey pissing me off like

I was looking up something and noticed that, but I think it's just someone listing some of the rumoured tracks? Not sure what's happening with those, maybe wishful thinking on someone's part?

On Genius, it's sometime better (from a points perspective) to be first, than be right and people just assume that when an artist has additional songs, they will get added to the album. But Lorde kinda went the other way with Pure Heroine and Melodrama on Spotify, and the extended versions are hidden. The standard editions are the ones you find when you search for the albums.

 

I'd much rather she released a separate B-side EP.

It would be weird to hear the album ending with something other than David.

I'm sure some of you have seen these. Perhaps the most interesting part was just after 3:30 in the video where she says "and almost everyone thinks it's strings".

I just can't stop listening to it 

I really thought the man on the chorus of Current Affairs wasn't even singing in english, I thought it was like a prayer in hebrew or something but then I read the lyrics today and...

My CD arrived this week.

Yes of course it played in the CD/DVD drive on my pc.

At one stage I was looking for a lossless audio option, because the Lorde store was only offering MP3.

 

ProStudioMasters appears to have a lossless version of Virgin here:

But right now all I see is "Regrettably, this album is not currently available in your location."

 

Some older albums like Rumours and Led Zeppelin VI are available for me, but not Virgin.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what countries it's available?

 

It looks like I will just convert my CD to flac files, but I would have preferred to get lossless digital option, if it had been available from the start.

Fun fact about "Broken Glass":

There's a type of therapy for ED called CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), which consists of the patient separating themselves from that part of them who questions their weight and other things related to the illness. That's why in the song Lorde is talking about herself in "third person" in certain moments:

"To make HER see that this won't last"
"Won't outrun HER if you don't hit back"
"Lettin' HER treat me like that"

 

GENIUS 
 

GRWM remains one of her worst songs but other than that, love the album.
