if taylor is you're most listened artist it's easy to get her as second song always. It's the same for everyone. So you're not a proof

For me, reputation needs to be both Don’t Blame Me and Getaway Car - both with blockbuster music videos. Getaway Car in particular needs like a mini Hollywood blockbuster movie. I feel like radio would love it too. Plus I think both songs represent both sides of reputation quite well.

 

For Speak Now, Enchanted is the obvious choice but I’d also like to see Haunted get a chance to shine as a single. 
 

1989 is a tough one because I think she made the perfect choices for singles during its original release. There isn’t a song on there that’s screaming out to be a single in the way that the reputation tracks do. Maybe show could pull a scrapped song from the vault (write a new smash) and make it a single?

 

Debut is similar. There isn’t an obvious single choice. Perhaps it will have a more low-key release like Fearless TV.

Lavender Haze losing the 7 places on the same chart  Them sacrificing the current single for a Lover reject is so   They might as well send AOTGYLB to radio too at this point for spring. Then Cruel Summer in May while we’re at it. august can be sent in July. And back to Midnight Rain or Karma for September as the tour concludes in America and prepares to go global.

Come on, it's clearly autoplay. I don't know why some people think that should be hidden or something, is just another Spotify tool like playlisting. Every Thursday Spotify seems to change some songs on Autoplay rotation. DFY remix also gained +300k streams today out of nowhere and Bad Bunny's "Coco Chanel" gained +500k. Every artist uses it and I don't even think they or the label personally request it, it's just a Spotify thing.

Well it already debuted on pop airplay today

It certainly seems like it moved up quite a bit in the algorithm. If that's organicly, because Spotify thinks people like the song or payed for... Who knows. Payed for would seem extremely strange, yes

maybe that autoplay thing is real, it's okay 
at least it didn't increase by 1.5m and go from 2.4m to 4m like that song

it’s not autoplay, people just actually love the song, it’s not a hard concept 

The autoplay is not payola. 

As bonicap has explained Is just another way to playlist.

Spotify choice a Song every one or two weeks and they push It cause It's their interest to have a big song from a big artist and let people know It. In this way they Always have cool artists with famous new song...what bring people more back to a platform is not discovering new music (most people are not curious) but listening to big artists, they are the biggest attraction. 

So It's their advice the weekend has a new song, ariana has a new song, Taylor has a new song.

 

Ed Sheeran clearly will be the next with this big new way of promoting.

 

As for the playlists, while stans Always said payola, It's just Spotify doing this.
