Truth be told, Come In With The Rain demo has leaked long before Fearless Platinum Edition.

I’m not sure if any other veteran swiftie can confirm this memory of mine. @Buffy @ahauntingnearu @ksmith @Hunter_13

I remember listening to it on iPod shuffle along with the Fearless acoustic demo (not the acoustic version performed in a tour bus).

ANYWAY, as long as we got the TVs, doesn’t matter which era they belong in now.

I remember those days too. I was just listening to the TV and it just sounds like she’s reading off of a paper. No emotion. Wish she tried harder to sound a little more desperate :chick3: The vocals are just way too crisp and lifeless compared to the OG. It’s a skip for me. OG >>>>

@Taylor fanboy you got me going down memory lane. I remember SuperStar leaked around the same time as Come In With The Rain. I loved it so much. The instrumentation/mastering was a big upgrade on the Platinum Edition. Taylor did a pretty good job on the TV. The build up to the final chorus is lacking some punch though but it’s a pretty good reproduction.

I SEE YIU EVERY DAY NOW….

ugh I do MISS country Taylor.

I’ve always associated Come In With the Rain as a Debut song long before Fearless.

Again, anyway, the TVs are what it is.

I hope Fearless and Red TVs get reissued so we can have ITWAM, S&S and EO on physical copies.

Also her for Lover (Taylor’s Version or Deluxe).

It’s not too late to release the 1975 co-wrotes on Midnights, release them on physicals + 3AM tracks, and have this textless cover on all platforms:

Lavender Haze has reached top 5 on US Hot AC Radio.

It's expected to hit #4 very soon!

Meanwhile, Anti-Hero remains #2 on this Radio format, after spending 9 weeks at #1.

Performing 44 songs on tour is an investment into her discography, and dividing them into eras reminds people of the existence of her albums instead of just the specific songs. She’s genius and this tour will expand everyone’s knowledge on her discography exponentially, especially with the remaining TV’s. Almost every last person will know about the concept of Taylor’s eras and have an idea about her album trajectory by the end of this.

This.

Casual fans who attended the concerts are now aware that she has other albums they can listen to. It's a win for her in the long run as more people discover her underrated albums.

Well, while the Eras concept is nice and all, she’s paying debut and SN dust on the tour. Debut not being a part of the actual set list and only 1/2 of Enchanted. I feel like the “Eras” part is a bit of a misadvertisement considering she has photos of herself from each era on the posters but she’s leaving out an entire album and a huge chunk of SN. She should’ve cut down some songs from the other eras to make room for her older work to shine.

Yeah it'a genius ideas.

Even outside the US this is impacting all her catalog streams.

The impact this tour is gonna have in every country she's gonna tour :rip:

The gp person from germany going at the concert for i knew you were trouble, anti Hero and shake It off Will listen to evermore when he goes back home.

She really made a show where you get invested in every chapter of her music, and you want to discover her.

Every era could have had 4 songs. If she really wanted to do 44 songs, then she could have rotated 4 songs or have done more Midnights.

She'34. She already screams "do you want to come back to High School with me" to sing love story, fearless and YBWM.

She just doesn't want to sing 100 times teardrops on my Guitar.

She has the right to focus more on her recent catalog she feels more connected now.

She Is still making a lot of early and old songs. We can't really complain imo.

all these song were already in the 900K-1M range before the tour.

It's not like they are taking these numbers from nowhere. We can't expect a song from fearless or red (split in 2 versions!) to go from 400K daily to 1.2M just because of a concert in Glendale :ducky:.

Maybe with only one version Love story or i knew you were trouble would be at around 1M (i guess it's what they are doing combined).

The fact all these songs are excellent. :clap3:

But we need evermore to appear in Spotify Global. :gaycat6:

My point still stands. She advertised this tour to encompass all eras. It’s literally on all of the merch/posters but she left out debut which makes no sense. Fans rightfully had expectations for her to include a few songs from each era  because that’s the way she marketed this tour. It is very strange that “debut” Taylor is part of the tour artwork and even in the set design but it’s not part of the official set list. Speak Now is also a highly beloved album by the fans but she chose to only sing half of 1 song. :skull: Anyways, it is just a strange decision and misleading is all I’m saying!

Karma would make such a great Summer single, she needs to release a music video for it :jonny5:

before the tour no one was sure about what the tour would be.

Her doing only 3 songs from red, one from speak now, only 3 from 1989 and only two from fearless and than a lot of midnights, lover and folkmore was really a possibility. We had more than what we thought imo.

Also as I said...again... the show  has a narrative about being a window of all her artistry...she also has to build a show.

Enchanted just gives to people this princess and rock arena moment you don't have in other acts.

What she should have played also from that album? All the narrative personal rock country ballads from that album are just encapsulated in the strong ATW 10 minutes version she makes.

Do you want back to december? I really like that song, i have strong nostalgia for that but i can undestand a lot of numbers from the folklore and evermore act just sounds like back to december. Last kiss just sounds the same...

As for debut you will get a copy of the fearless act.

She build a show trying to find the right equilibrium between a choice of all her songwriting range (this is why as I said you have the archer and YNTCM or the man, her pop songs with social themes, and not cornelia street that is just similar to all too well and many similar songs), the hits, building every act in a different way than another and finding the right rhytm in the show between pop uptempo songs, slow songs and so on.

Edited by vale9001

for me the choices she made for example for lover are clear

miss americana as opener (it's the title of her documentary, so it's a way to open a movie concert about her career, as the documentary is about her life). She's miss americana.

then the man + yntcd are her pop songs with social themes...while the othesr she is performing from the others 3 pop albums in the show are not.

Lover...well it's now the biggest classic from the album so of course she played it for the first time on a tour.

The archer is a very personal song about a very important passage in her life, and it's the transition between this social and self consciosness act and the very naive early years.

You don't have paper rings, afterglow (even if they were  big viral hits) or cornelia street or death by thousand cuts cause they just are love pop songs like others (most iconic or successfull) she's gonna play after, both for lyrics and sound. Like she didn't make Me! cause we already have 22, shake it off etc..
