Don't know if it's true or not but I saw a product listing for one of the vinyl variants called Dark Blue Tennessee with 31 tracks. If this is true, that means she's recorded at the very least up to 15 unreleased songs.

Yes sadly. I used to love her so much during the country pop eras and Folklore, but ever since Midnights/Eras Tour the fame has really gotten to her head. She no longer has that girl next door persona I grew up loving. She's somebody else entirely these days. But I'll still be checking back in for Debut TV.

I am very underwhelmed by this tour announcement and lack of new music. Did anyone notice she got rid of the 2021 re-recordings? They're no longer available on Spotify or YouTube. This all seems so strange. Edit: oh ok, so she is releasing a new album. I sure hope it's better than trouble with fever. That album was a huge snooze fest.

Yeah…. The burn out is real. Something happened to the quality of her songwriting. She has her ups and downs but lately it's just been a downward trajectory with her melody and lyrics. She needs to take a long break, go live a quiet life, and then come back in 3-5 years. Her best and most consistent albums in my opinion was when Nathan Chapman was her producer. I'd love for her to work with him again. I want to see what new music they could do together.

I agree with everything you said. The Anthology was the last good album she released. Hopefully returning back to the Debut (TV) era will inspire her to go back to country music. I also think being super famous and living in the city/lavish lifestyle has also had a negative impact on her songwriting. Her music was better when she lived in Nashville.

The positive: It definitely gives soundtrack vibes. It's good for Toy Story. The negative: Someone needs to teach her how to "sing" again. She talks so much lately with the speedy words like she's trying to cram a bunch of words into a few lines.

This can't just all be for a soundtrack promo. She's gotta have some bigger involvement in the movie…. I hope the Taylor Swift doll is in it, and Joe Jonas. That'll be a funny callback.
