I just remember that the VMAs nominated the video for Long Form Video which is also a Grammy category so a nom for Best Music Video is out of the equation and Long Form usually always goes to concert videos

Yeah the way Style was bigger than Blank Space on H/AC radio in 2015 is kinda bizarre because Blank Space was way bigger than Style. Style is just a quality song that didn't shine as much as it should for many reasons. Glad it has smash recurrent streams though.

No I think it's because of the elite quality album and not the album schedule release. reputation literally free fell and it was saved only from the tour despite having the same rolling release as 1989. I think that Lover era rollout is better in the streaming era because after the album release you barely can have any hits unless you release high profile remixes ala Levitating / Save Your Tears Remix.

Reputation free-fell because of no hit singles other than LWYMMD, a song that most people disliked. Had Don’t Blame Me been released as the second single after Look, and before the album, Rep would’ve been even bigger. So it was in part because of the rollout.

No I think it's because of the elite quality album and not the album schedule release. reputation literally free fell and it was saved only from the tour despite having the same rolling release as 1989. I think that Lover era rollout is better in the streaming era because after the album release you barely can have any hits unless you release high profile remixes ala Levitating / Save Your Tears Remix.

Hmmm reputation did not have the same rollout as TS1-5. I mean, …Ready for It? was released out of nowhere.
