i just had a quick scroll through the homepage and there's so many taylor threads. is this normal or is it just because she's released new songs?

i daren't open them as i reached my limit of terrible taylor takes for the month. but i hope the hater circle jerks are jerkin' hatefully!

It is pretty normal for when she releases. You have your occasional OTH thread of the week when she’s not releasing, but in release weeks it’s unbearable. I stay out of most of it aside from moderation.

i was hoping that was the case. it's insufferable. it's crazy that her own fans feel like they aren't welcome in threads about her!

like i've said before in this thread i have no issue with people not liking her music but it becomes such a pile on with people just trying to one up each other with unnecessary hate comments. calling us a cult, saying we're all forcing ourselves to like the new songs, talking about her vocals etc. when i saw that britney fan talking about her vocal ability i quickly realized i was under the troll bridge and ran for the hills!

I hope The Encore doesn’t become a 3am edition situation. I want a physical release for this, I need that cover on a CD and a vinyl

I'm not sure I'll touch that radioactive cesspool with a 130 foot pole, but I agree and I'm even enjoying the fourth just fine - they just don't understand that sometimes when people enjoy things it's more important to continue experiencing and enjoying them than arguing with literal brick walls on the internet
