If she did say that and they wanted it edited out, I don't see what's wrong with that If it was in the video, the internet/twitter Swifties would be overanalyzing her reaction, having a field day with it and it would overshadow the rest of the conversation.

How is MSG an "immensely public space"? Do people hang out inside on a typical day? Nobody could even see inside that didn't have an invitation, and we haven't seen a single picture. That's the privacy they wanted, and they got it. You guys are confusing "secret" with "private".

I think some of you guys are mixing up "secret" with "private"....the wedding was very private. We still haven't seen a single picture or peek, it was incredibly locked down. A private island would have had drones (as we've seen with almost every celeb wedding recently).

All jokes aside, we still haven't seen a single pic I think it got them the privacy they wanted

So Taylor has spoken out against Trump many times. He has a weird obsession with her and hates her for it. Travis is not MAGA and making up things like "she secretly agrees with MAGA world views" is just.... I really don't get the obsession with Taylor on this topic when there are so many others (including the woman in your avatar) who have said less.

To be clear; she did write handwritten letters to tons of public figures who attended. The lead singer of the band The Darkness, who has never met her, even shared the one he received. Barstool Sports has been a huge platform for years. He stood up for her in 2016 when the the internet was dogpiling on her, and she thanked him. I'm not going to lie, I didn't know about the sexual assault stuff until people on here posted about it, there's a chance she didn't either. I feel like using this stuff as a litmus test is not in good faith.

Well no! Sure there are stans out there that only collect them to collect and/or play them on suitcase players, but if you have a decent setup they're great and have a warmth to them that digital doesn't have And even if you are actually playing them, it's a fun, tangible collector's item.

I'd love her to use State of Grace or a song like Motion Sickness by Phoebe Bridgers as a blueprint for a full album But I'd also love a Michelle Branch esque softer rock/Lillith Fair kinda vibe for a full album, which she's done well before with Aaron (and Jack!)

There were elements of folktronica on evermore and her work with Big Red Machine, I'd love if she went further into that.

It's obviously not fair to compare it to other eras because Covid put a wrench in their plans and they needed to get creative with their promo...but yeah, it was frustrating that they didn't seem to try while others were coming up with cool and creative ways to promote during the pandemic. But it seems like Gaga was not in a good place around then so I give her some grace.
