She has some individual songs I would say I dislike (Loser for example!), but I think that's true of anyone and their own fave as long as there's like four or more albums to go around at all.

This is why I've largely stayed out of threads and discussion about the recently-revived topic. The most likely situation here is that Artist 1 was not in a position to stop what was happening and didn't initiate it herself, while Artist 2 feels understandably hurt by the situation, and instead of any nuance and empathy we have people whose entire days are spent spewing venom at one of the two parties. It's just so tiring, I genuinely don't have it in me to discuss forever and ever. But then, it's not anything new anyway - the people on ATRL these days make any Taylor discussion outside the Base thread, single threads, and album threads the most exhausting experience on the internet outside intentionally browsing those shitty little snark subreddits. And even then they come in loud and unwanted to whine, like the weirdos who break their heels running into a thread about her 20th anniversary and say corny **** like "undebut it" like, girlies, go get a better outlet, talk to someone, learn how to channel your anger in a healthy manner, etc.

Oh yeah there's individual songs i absolutely hate as well (IFTYE is a good example ) but never albums as a whole.

Eldest Daughter is the prime example why she needs to stop forcing track 5 thing. It feels unnatural on TLOAS.

the cancelled lyrics are easily the most cringe thing on the album, i think it's the one song where i'm a bit "no i've finally stopped caring about the trials of taylor swift" but also i do find it quite funny, it's very camp and OTT in a way that people can miss about her

similarly with eldest daughter, it feels a little bit tired but there are some great moments in it, esp the abba style bridge, they're two of the less good songs but even then they aren't bad

the melody and kinda her delivery make the songs still enjoyable despite the god awful lyrics

Unfortunately she's already set herself up a bit. Imagine the expectations some people already have for TS13 track 5

Taylor's Track 3s & Track 2s are better than overrated Track 5s, Fight me.

Honestly TLOAS was the first time I got "this actually goes hard if you ignore the lyrics" for a Taylor album, the biggest offenders being Fatter Figure and CANCELLED!
