This thread is already an example. Look how ATRLers are comparing Beyonce's Coachella performance to one of the greatest in the festival's history.

 

Half the hype around Beychella is just fans doing what they always do: worshiping whatever she tells them to.

Beychella was a huge moment in music industry, media covered it literally for a few months   Gaga only wish to get such a praise and attention

What is interesting, though, is watching the same users who used backup dancers and stage production as a drag against Bey's performance abilities turn around and praise Gaga for her elaborate stage, over the top costumes, and sea of dancers. Just goes to show that a lot of the Beyoncé hate isn't about standards but about finding any excuse to tear her down while applauding others for doing the same thing.

That's the thing about stan wars. They will do anything to discredit another artist that's not their fave and it won't matter if they look hypocritical and dumb while doing it. 

I prefer Beychella but I am biased because I prefer Bey in general.

 

Gaga was objectively fantastic as well.

Both were phenomenal shows. I think I prefer Gaga's coachella set just a tad bit more but Beychella was truly out of this world too

It's called staying in your lane. No one respects your opinion if you get involved trying to drag more successful and talented artists. That's like.. the basics of ATRL 

Both are once in a lifetime performances. I will do an in-depth comparison later.

Beyoncé is in another league, lol. 

 

Gaga's show was still fantastic. But because of its production, not Gaga's performance itself. I'd say Gaga's comes in as the third best show in Coachella history, right behind Doja Cat. 

Beyoncé is the last great superstar. Anyone who could match her on stage is either dead or (semi)retired. 
 

Let it to the homosexuals of ATRL to use 'theatrics' as an excuse for this woman acting & looking a fool on stage to try to gaslight the rest of us into thinking otherwise. 

Both are the best on opposite ends of the spectrum — one is a show masterfully refined skill, and the other serves a theatrical masterpiece.
Also not there is literally a thread on the same page trying to set Gaga up, and some of y'all act clueless about who brought these comparisons in the first place. 

Gaga's stage has better productions; I enjoyed it sooo much that I repeatedly shouted " I LOVE ART". Her dancing though is below average and she can easily look very stiff and awkward moving. 
 

Beyoncé gives you 100% C**T energy that can be matched by NONE. 
 

As a whole, I prefer Bey's show abit more but Gaga's show is also Phenomenal!

Gaga had an amazing performance and is a shoe-in for #2. But besides the grander production there is not a world where she had the better performance than Beychella & it's not touching Beychella's cultural impact either.
