Gaga's production and performance innovation is incredible but no one can deny that Beychella's blunt force impact to pop culture has no comparison and will remain the reference point for festival shows in years to come. Both shows totally break barriers of production potential for the festival show format which is huge and commendable.

Performing isn't all raw talent (which both ladies have plenty of). It's production, stage design, concept, SET LIST, and so many other things. The importance of the set list cannot be overstated, though. Ultimately people go to concerts to hear music they love. 

Some people will hate to hear this, but Gaga and Beyoncé's performing abilities are similar and both have terrific stage presence (which is more than just vocals and choreography). In terms of production and especially set list, the Gaga show just demolished IMO. 
 

Love Bey and her talent is truly undeniable. Some people revere her to the point of delusion and act as though other productions can't be more well done, though.

Gaga's set is far more entertaining and just fun, simply better however Beyoncé's one is also an unforgettable spectacle.

After everything that Gaga did last night yall still have to compare it to Beychella. That just tells you everything you need to know. 

Gaga planed a big show for the festival because Bey did it first. It was Bey that started the trend. That's it

They both killed it , though Gaga type of show will appeal more to atrl users , so I get that. Beyoncé show was more black history themed /HBCU , so that might not be cup of tea of most users here. Personally, I prefer Beyonce 

Voted for Queen B because Gaga didn't close the show with Applause. Yes I will be petty like that.

 

Now fr, they're way too different to each other. Both amazing shows. But it's really up to what you prefer.

I'm a theater kid at heart with an obsession with gothic literature and aesthetics. I guess you know whose Coachella performance I prefer 

The thing with beyonce and why her Coachella performance will be revered as the best is just how captivating and powerful she is as a performer. Again, Gaga set was good but most of it was because of the production. Her dance segments were not the best, and her vocals were good not great… Beychella had more grit, production wise it was simple compared to Gaga, but it was came off more effective. It was on a high from start to finish vs Gaga that peaked at the beginning. The sheer talent just oozed from the tv screen. 

I haven't watched Gaga's concert yet but people should stop comparing ANYTHING to Beychella. Nothing will ever top that. It's just embarassing at this point.

Both amazing but GaGa was on another level
