A more serious pursuit of the Oscar I think. 

ROTY or the Best Original Song Oscar, she's achieved basically everything else. 

She'll continue being amazing and pushing boundaries. She clearly loves what she does and I don't see her stopping anytime soon. 

Drop act iii and release the visuals 

well a sold out & acclaimed country tour followed by a spectacular rock album which will sweep the grammys again 

She's gonna continue to be Thee album artist of this century. No quick lil singles. #ArtsNotCharts 

I feel like broadway would be perfect for her to get into tbh.

I think Bey is gonna be much more willing to experiment from now on. She's got nothing left to prove, might as well just dabble in sounds she's never dabbled in before.

Act iii+visuals and then... I don't know. Self titled -> Lemonade -> the three act project she kept topping herself and getting more and more ambitious. I have no idea where you go after that. Maybe keep experimenting with her vocals? Maybe produce something for Blue? Who knows.

I really hope she continues to have fun and does the rock era, I'd be intrigued to see what they would come up with for that. 

Pretty sure she'll try to get an EGOT. Not as a singer/actress but I can see her venturing in other stuff as a producer. She's still young tho so I don't see her doing this stuff until maybe her 50s

But seriously, I just hope she keeps releasing the type of material she has been releasing. 

She used to say she would retire at 30, so I'm just happy that she loves it so much she stays and is still pushing herself musically.

Then probably radio silence for a while outside of maybe trying to work more behind the scenes or creating songs for soundtracks. 

IMO the long-time goal is/should be making excellent albums beyond her 40s that are acclaimed and qualify as relevant chapters in her overall career. None of her predecessors have managed to do this. I don't expect her to be all that active in her 50s, but if she managed to drop 2 bangers that would be amazing.

Whatever she wants to do.
