It's because Shakira's dominance is not really questioned. She has the longest career of anyone listed, yet still had the global song of the summer this year and the top grossing tour of last year. She is already unquestionably a legend. Shakira's LMYNL is not really even marketed as anything but a collection of pre-released droplets. And no one is really arguing that she is aiming for some artistic peak.

LUX absolutely deserves but we all know the Grammys have an Anglo bias. Olivia is very deserving of song of the year.

I think many countries should think seriously about this. The U.S. has leveraged its control over national gold supplies before. And given that the U.S. is going after Canada, it's not unreasonable for countries in Western Europe to imagine the US would go after them too.

Oh I am well aware that the democratic establishment is delusional. I just don't see how a democratic candidate can win if a significant number of voters view them as morally abhorrent. It did not work for Biden and Kamala. It also is another example of democrats specifically not representing the views of voters. It erodes trust. If people don't trust you and think you are a bad person, winning over their vote is nearly impossible.

Does anyone think a Zionist candidate is electable in the general at this point? At this point it's a gating issue for many voters.
